Job responsibilities

Creating flow diagrams, user journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
Work very closely with our engineering team to ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints
Work with the product team to identify product and feature enhancements
Collaborate across internal teams to understand and identify areas of improvement in the product using design and automation
Present and communicate insights to the Product team in order to help shape long-term product strategy
Quantitative and qualitative user research
UX Copywriting - Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and is in line with both business and branding goals

Skills and Requirements

less than 1 year experience as a UX/Product designer
Should be able to present a design portfolio to showcase the skills and experience
Should be an extension of the Product team at Lendbox. Should have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Should be fluent in user-centric design best practices
Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user
Very strong attention to detail
Knowledge of responsive design
Proficient with design tools - Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD etc
Working experience or internships at tech start-ups will be an added advantage
