We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Recruit and hire strong candidates who will positively impact our company, and coordinate the training they need to succeed in their roles
Handle day-to-day HR tasks
Support the HR Manager with various projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
