Job Description: Key Account Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Ludhiana/Remote/Hybrid

Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹30,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

● Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.

● Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.

● Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

● Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet client expectations.

● Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.

Qualifications:

● Minimum MBA in any discipline.

● Prior experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferred).

Key Skills:

● Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.

● Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

● Proficient in using time trackers and managing deadlines.

● Team management and strategic planning expertise.
