📍 Location: Sector 63, Noida – Onsite
🕒 Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🚖 Transportation: Available for Female Employees

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development professionals to join our growing US IT Staffing team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building relationships, and driving staffing requirements for our recruitment team.

🌱 Freshers | 0–1 Year

• Fresh graduates with strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in building a career in US IT Staffing / Business Development.
• Willingness to learn cold calling, lead generation, email marketing, and client acquisition.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the US night shift.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
• Identify and develop new US IT Staffing clients and business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into active business.
• Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation.

🎓 Education:

Bachelors in IT or Computer Science or equivalent manadatory

Master’s degree in any discipline preferred.
